Installed plex media server 1.20.1.3252 on ubuntu 20.04lts. After signing in to an existing plex account. It did not went through the configuration process to create a media server. Now am stuck in the interface not being able to view local settings preferences and not being able to create a media server and adding my library. Any ideas what is causing this?

Are you using the local loopback address (http://127.0.0.1:32400/web) to start setup?
Using plex.tv does not work

Yeah am using my local IP to start the setup but it allowed me to sign in but it did not go through creating a media server setup. This is installed in ubuntu 20.04 lts. I have reinstalled several times, downgraded to older versions and it does the same thing. I created another plex account and it still is not going through that configuration part to create the media server and add a folder.
