Sorry, that didn’t work. We are actively monitoring for issues. Try restarting the app or come back later.

Well I’ve restarted the app several times and I’ve come back a day later and I still get the same error. Is anyone else experiencing this? Live TV works on my other devices with the older version of the app, however the error above is what I recieve on the devices with the new app. Any suggestion or timeline for a fix?

Is this still a problem for you? I was experiencing the same thing on my Samsung A9+ tablet.

Just clicking Live TV and trying to navigate to my personal DVR resulted in the same “Uh Oh, something’s not right”.

Unacceptable for a Lifetime Plex Pass member.

As of May I’m getting this constantly. Plex client on Nvidia shield seems okay, but on iphone it’s broken. Constant “Uh oh…”, Even when I don’t get this, it doesn’t see my servers.
And if I manage to get through to my library (happens about 20% of the time now) then it doesn’t play the file, just pauses on a black screen.

I decided to bite the bullet and allow my app on iOS to update despite having strong reservations about the new app. Now I get this and cannot use Plex on my phone at all. Lovely. Sigh.
