When are going to get a fix for problems with the UK guide data which has been useless since the move to Gracenote? As far as I can see this problem isn’t being addressed at all.
That is interesting. I also watch BBC2 and BBC4 and I don’t have any problems. I also use HD Homerun. In fact since the move to Gracenote I haven’t found a single error.
What I see is seemingly correct guide data if the guide is set to show both SD and HD versions of BBC2 and BBC4, but if select to record the HD version of the show, nothing shows up in the DVR schedule. If I select to view only the HD version of the channel, then the program will show up as “Unknown airing.” So it seems to be an issue with linking SD and HD versions of the channel guide data.

I’ve tried flipping between HD and all channels and the guide data remains the same for both. In my DVR settings I have only selected the channels I watch so it is a restricted list. Maybe that is the difference.
No, I only have channels I watch selected, so no difference there.
I only have BBC HD selected, but the EPG is good for those channels.
For the new EPG, I’ve only had a couple of episode errors and one season error (all episodes off by 1, but title correct) and those were GraceNote errors, not Plex. Problem is, I reported them to Plex and haven’t had the issue acknowledged and, weeks layer, the season error still isn’t fixed.
Plex’s EPG customer support sucks.
To be more specific: Plex’s EPG customer engagement is non-existent.
It sure does, I reported this problem when Plex announced the switchover to Gracenote and not a peep from Plex on this issue
