UK Scanning Issue - Losing Channels

OK, so before I closed down for the day I thought I would just try and change some other settings. The first one I changed was in my account. Under “Audio and Subtitle settings” I enabled “automatically select audio and substitletle tracks”. I then retested and found I could now see and hear BCC! Changed it back and lost it again. So I now have a working system again- but do not understand why!

Please switch from using the National lineup. The local OTA lineups should be fairly accurate now. When using the national lineup, you would need to manually map each channel that has multiple entries to select the one for your area - the default selection would always be wrong when the National lineup is used as it would just pick the last entry in event of coming across multiple entries eg for channel 9

Glad it is fixed. What was the account setting before for “Preferred Audio Language” ?
