We live on the edge of Lincolnshire and the aerial is set up for the Belmont Transmitter.
I have now tried:
Freeview-National Lineup United kingdom OTA Broadcast (BBC2 OK- but no BBC1 or BBC1 HD)
Freeview Yorkshire Linc OTA Broadcast (same result, except got BBC1 HD)
Freeview Play-National Lineup United kingdom OTA Broadcast (BBC2 OK- but no BBC1)
Freeview Play-Yorkshire Linc Lineup United Kingdom IPTV (same- no BBC1)
Freeview Play-National Lineup United kingdom IPTV (same- no BBC1)
Just get the whirling circle of death each time…… The screen shows the channel information- but no picture, sound, etc. is loaded.
I get the impression that tuning is also a bit slower now than before I did the reinstall.
Don’t remember having such probelems last time I set it up either.

Can you help with this please. We have lost bbc 1 from the lineup again.
I have discovered that I can see BBC1 on my TVs through the Plex app on Roku devices (tested on two TVs)! There is no sound though! BBC2 is fine, etc… I still can not see BBC1 on the actual server system though. Unless someone can help, my next step in to uninstall and reinstall Plex later today or tomorrow to see if that cures the problem. I am not sure it will though?
I’m fairly sure that uninstalling and reinstalling will not help.
What tuner card are you using. Does the native software which came with the tuner detect bbc1
Yes, HDHomerun on my windows10 computer shows BBC1 programmes fine.
Did you rescan in the hd homerun?
Can you post the scan logs from the HD run home device also please.
In windows have rescanned and updated software for the Homerun. All works fine and can see and hear BBC1. In plex have deleted DVR, closed. reopened and reinstalled DVR.
Have noticed that the default for BBC2 is Northern Ireland, BB1 is Yorkshire, BBC4 is Scotland. But seem to be able to watch the all apart from BBC1. Changing BBC1 to York & Lincoln does not change anything- still can not see BBC1.

By chance is bbc 1 some where else on your channel listing ? My local copy of bbc 1 west is a long way down the list… is it be chance the same for you ?
It is the first one listed in Plex?
Ok so that’s the hd homerun log. Can you post the plex subsection with the scan in it.
Go into the webui and go to settings troubleshooting and download logs ? And post the zip file.
