Unable to Access Interface Locally

Server Version#: 1.20.0.3181
Player Version#: N/A

After updating to the I’ve version I can no longer access the Plex interface locally on the server or locally from another PC on the LAN using server name on port 32400. The page loads with the “PLEX” logo then goes no further.

Media server is still working fine and I can access the web interface remotely from app.plex.tv so the server is up and running and plays everything fine which is strange. Just local web interface access that isn’t working

Plex restarted, server restarted and I’ve cleared browser cache etc.

Anyone any ideas?

Regards,
Ashley

Do you get the same result when opening the URL with :32400/web?
Could there be some browser extension interfering with the web app properly loading?

I don’t normally use the server name when doing this, but out of curiosity I tried it. I get the same result when using the server name, but it works when I use the server IP address (with :32400).

on what browser/OS did you test this?
I did the same on Safari behind a Fritz!Box using the [host name].fritz.box:32400/web which worked fine (same as using the IP)

Ah, I’m using Firefox on Linux. Turns out that the NoScript add-on was blocking servername by default. After fixing that, it works normally.

Seems to have resolved itself. Not a clue what was wrong 🤷 Thanks for your replies.
