Unable to access my plex server.

I am not sure what happened, but for some reason I am unable to access my plex server. When I try to access the server from http://[Local Plex Media Server IP Address]:32400/web, I get “site cannot be reached”. I’ve stopped the service and restarted it, but still nothing. I’ve also uninstalled and reinstalled plex, but I get the same error. I looked at the log and I am not sure if 127.0.0.1 has something to do with why I am unable to connect. Logs attached.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Same issue here, been running flawlessly recently, but now the same issue. Followed same troubleshooting steps too, still getting connection refused. I know that doesn’t help, but I feel your pain. Any suggestions on what can be done?

A full set of log files from both of you would be best.

If you don’t have a Plex share created which points into the .qpkg/PlexMediaServer directory, you’ll need to do it from the shell.

Either way, a tar.gz or ZIP of ./Logs is the best information to get. It will grab everything and can then be cross referenced with other logs in that zip.

Sorry - logs attached

@M6Boss You can’t use multiple NICs the way you are doing. Pls read https://forums.plex.tv/discussion/175405/qnap-faq-read-me-first#Q21

go to your plex.tv account and launch your server from there. does it connect? fixed my problem too.
