Unable to access my server outside of my wifi network

Server Version#: 1.13.8.5395
Player Version#:

I apologize in advance because I’m sure this has probably been posted already. As of Tuesday Oct 9th 2018. I have not been able to access any of my media outside of my wifi network. When logging in using my cellular network I get “offline”. Had a few friends I have given access to try to access and they get “server unavailable”. Once I rejoin my wifi I have access to all my media. Usually when I have issues accessing the server I restart the router and all is good again. Not this time, I also tried the port forwarding method and still not working outside my home. Please any help you can give is much appreciated. By the way I have AT&T Uverse as my provider.

I just found an issue similar, check to make sure that you network didn’t switch from private to public. I lost remote access after recent windows 10 update

I have the same issue, just started in the past day or so. ver. 1.13.9.5439. (beta channel) Server setup page is showing green and that remote access is turned on and available. But I cannot connect. I have also have my son try who uses it remotely almost daily, no luck. I have rebooted, server, router etc. I have logged out and back in. I that not touched my network settings in months. I have to think a bug may have been introduced? Any other thoughts… I have spent 2 hours reviewing all the settings and all looks correct? what is really odd it that it was woking this AM according to my son, now 8 hours later nothing…

This is an issue for me as well, I have my isp modem in bridge mode, I have my ports forwarded correctly, and it was working fine until recently. Does any mod know what is going on?

I found that I can connect if I type in my public IP and port from a remote machine but not through the Plex.tv website

Locally everything works perfectly.
