I have no idea if this was a setting I toggled by accident or if it was some default from updating firmware. it’s very possible I checked “Enable server support for IPv6” in PLEX settings, not knowing this would have any negative repercussions. I suggest PLEX put some sort of warning, for users to make sure IPv6 is also enabled on your NAS.

  • Under Settings/Network toggle IPv6 Network Mode to AUTO then hit OK.
  • Reboot NAS

I figured this out from the other thread which was having issues mapping 32400 with IPv6.

Once you can access PMS again, you can turn off the “Enable server support for IPv6” setting.

Same issue and toggling the IPv6 to Auto on my NAS corrected it, however on PMS the setting for Enable IPv6 is not toggled…weird. Thanks for the help
