Unable to access Plex directly

I updated Plex to this version (which is hosted on Synology portal it seems), and I can’t get it to launch anymore through Synology: when I click Plex on the App launcher in Synology, it tries to open https://myservername:32400, request my account to login, then states “cannot access Plex server”

Now the very odd part: I can access it if I launch it through the Plex.tv web interface, but it reports that I have an indirect connection, even though I’m on the same physical network. So launching content does not work well at all…

When accessing the server from the Android TV client, it seems there is a direct connection, but I get freeze every 20s or so. Direct playback from Kodi does work fine, so it’s not a local network issue (note that the NAS is not doing anything else when playing back content).

Note that I’m on a double NAT setup, and I can’t forward port from the primary router. But since I’m operating in the same network, I should not have to worry about that…

Please retry it again then stop plex.
Manually collect the logs.
