I could use it before. Updated the server and if I try to add folders It directs me to download poxe media server which I have done multiple times. Using updated Win 10
This worked fine before and the TV can access the old folders but nothing can play anymore. there is an ! for each file. The thhmbnails are there but they cannot play. And I cannot add any new folders or files as I explained. just tells me to download the Plex Media Server again.
It sounds like maybe your server has fell into an unclaimed state
