How can I browse seasons in my TV Library of shows recorded from my local OTA stations on the new iOS app?
For example, I have several seasons of Seinfeld recorded OTA. In the library it tells me that I have four seasons. I click the icon and it takes me to the first season and I can play episodes within that season, but there is no way to browse to seasons 2 thru 4. Similar behavior for other, multiple season shows.
This shouldn’t be this hard…
Would you mind sharing some details on where you’re clicking on the icon? There’s quite a number of scenarios where you might open a season, not a show, e.g. if a season is listed in a recently added hub).
Maybe a screenshot for reference?
Seems to be working fine on my end, hence just trying to understand what might be going on.
Edit: independent from the above… you should be able to navigate to the show from a season‘s context menu (3 stacked dots) or by long-pressing the season or episode item.

I found that when clicking the show icon from the Library, it will take me to the first season of the show. To go to the other seasons, I need to long press the show name to navigate to the show’s page where it shows all seasons. However, if I pick another season, it takes me to the first episode of that season with no options to browse to the shows in that season.
Having to hunt for east eggs in order to do simple browsing is not an upgrade in the user experience…very disappointed.
Can confirm I have the same strange navigation behaviour.

Clicking on a Series in the TV Series Tab (it’s defenitly the series not a season (it stated like 5 seasons).
When I click on it and it opens the 1 season.
I have to click on the series title on the top to open the season view.
I can not test it at the moment but I have an idea to test:
it might be related if I have the server settings set to show the season or not if the series has only one season.
To be clear this happens for seasons with more thang 1 season too for me.
It happens to me too on an iPad. But it’s not consistent. It happens to some shows but not others. I have tried deleting app and reinstalling. It also happens on iPhone, with the same shows as on iPad. I haven’t figured out what is triggering it.
On shows that are affected, the Go to Show and Go to Season from the 3dot menu do nothing. Clicking on the show name will take you to the show overview with the list of seasons, and from there clicking on a season will always take you to the first episode of that season. There’s no way to navigate to any other episodes.
