Unable to claim server - No Soup

Hi Gang,
Hope you’re all having a great Festive break?

I was until I started having problems with my Plex Server running on a QNAP TS-453BE.

Server Version#: PlexMediaServer-1.21.1.3830-6c22540d5-x86_64
QTS version: 4.5.1.1495

Family were having some problems connecting from various Samsung TVs on local lan, so I started to investigate, but could access the Plex from my IPAD.

So Restarted the Plex server - no joy.
So Then upgraded to the latest Plex and Qnap versions - no joy

Thought it might have been down to devices, so cleared up the list, but in doing so, I deleted the Server entries by mistake.

Now I’m getting the dreaded “No Soup” error message!!..

Even though I’ve followed tried the examples of shutting PMS down and deleting / renaming Preferences.xml, restarting and logging back in, I still can’t get the option to “Claim” my local server.

Trying from Windows 10 desktop, IP: 20.0.0.53
QNAP NAS IP, 20.0.0.8

Can SSH to 20.0.0.8 from 20.0.0.53, and 20.0.0.8:32400/web also spawns the local page (albeit with “No Soup” message, so that suggests local network ok?

Have hopefully captured logs, which I’ve attached.
Please do let me know if there’s anything else which is needed…

I like to think that I’m reasonably (dangerously tech savvy), however this one has me stumped.

Any help would be gratefully accepted please - this lifetime pass member is getting a touch frustrated.

Thanks in advance for any support you can offer…

Run this directly on your QNAP, with SSH

Damn @dane22.
That’s one extremely impressive speed of response!!
THANK YOU.

I’m just trying it now, and it’s looking good.
Will update in the morning - 00:49 in UK at the moment.

Have a great Festive break and stay safe!!

@dane22
Checked via ipad and it seems like that’s fixed the issue.

Just waiting for the film index to rebuild (500+ films) and the guide to rebuild.

Thank you.

Hello- How do you run the Dane22 Claimit directly on your qnap server using ssh? I have putty and have ssh turned on on the qnap but am a bit of a novice with this sort of thing. Thanks in advance for any help you are willing to give.

QNAP runs on Linux.
