"Unable to connect securely" after migration

I’ve seen a lot of other people have this issue, and the only remedy seems to be a certificate reset from a Plex Admin.

So anyway, I migrated my server (Plex Application Support Folder) over from a Mac to a Windows, and kept getting the error “Unable to connect to servername securely…”

I’ve tried re-installing, flushing DNS, changing DNS servers, restarting router and modem, etc. It seems after I uninstall the servers, and re-add them, Plex web still retains some data on the server location and tries to apply the same settings. So I assume it’s a Plex side error.

Any help appreciated!

I’ve revoked your server cert.
If a simple restart of your server doesn’t fix things, perform Why am I locked out of Server Settings and how do I get in? | Plex Support
Keep in mind that you are now on Windows, so you need to go into the registry instead of the plist file.
