I am no longer able to access the PMS on my Synology DS916+. When I say I can’t access it, I mean I can’t get to any of the media or even access the server management. If I open the PMS through the Synology (or anywhere else for that matter) it opens a client web page that only contains links to TIDAL, News, Podcasts, etc., but the connection to the server itself is missing, which is to say I have no ability to select libraries, control remote access, create accounts, etc. If I select “Your Media,” I get a message saying “Add your media to Plex” with information on downloading the PMS installer. The Synology says that PMS is running, but there is no access to it and the client doesn’t see it on the network. It’s as if it’s invisible.
The permissions on all of my media are set to allow Plex to access it, so that shouldn’t be an issue. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks in advance
