Shutdown and restart everything. Your server version is long outside of support. Expect it to break on numerous ends.

The server was updated and still gave a problem. However, the App on the TV was not and thanks to your info, I was able to update the app and now it finds the server again

I assume you have the old Samsung Smarthub app from Orca?
This might still cause some trouble in the future, since it is no longer being updated.
You may want to do this:
This will only help with Plex servers which are in the same local network as the TV.
Be advised that this will make the TV always appear as the Plex server admin account. So this will circumvent the parental controls of Plex.
But you probably don’t use them anyway.
