Click on Download on your Smart Playlist and you should get a popup window. The current limit is 72 hours of music or audio in each playlist, but you can adjust it using the slider shown below.
EDIT: For cautionary sake, make sure you go to into the Downloads tab under 
Settings and TURN ON Complete Downloads, as shown in the 2nd image. The playlist may have not completely downloaded.
