I am a plex pass member but I am unable to download content offline. Why is this a problem?
In what app are you experiencing this? Downloading is only available in the mobile apps (Android mobile, iOS).
Also, are you trying to download content from your own server, a shared library or one of Plex‘s online media sources?
Plex doesn’t allow downloads from their online media sources. If you want to download from a shared library, the owner must grant you access to download an item.
