Unable to get Downloads to work on Android

I used to be able to use the Sync feature to download to my mobile devices with ease, but I have not been able to get Downloads to work even a single time. It just instantly shows “There was an error downloading this file” but no details. I’ve had my server create optimized versions matching the download settings of the mobile device, but no luck.

While digging through the attached log file, I do see “Encountered lack of permission on the remote while grabbing media.” Not sure if that is the cause or not, but not sure how there wouldn’t be permission.

I’m having the same issue, with the same “Encountered lack of permission” error in the logs. I have DNS rebind disabled, have changed DNS to 8.8.8.8, and nothing seems to work.

I was able to get things working by removing optimized versions.
