Hi guys,
Since yesterday, I have started having a couple of issues. The first one, which is the main issue is that no new media is being matched.
- I have tried to do this manually too and even used the ID instead of name but still no joy.
- My naming conventions are as per the Plex guidelines and so is the folder structure.
- I have completed the Plex Dance, no change.
- Confirmed my agents are setup correctly and TVDB etc above local
It seems to just time out when I do it manually. The spinning wheel just spins for a long time and then nothing happens. This is being run on a dedi so I appreciate there may be some routing going on that I’m not aware about etc but it is strange that it was working flawlessly for the past week or so and now suddenly has this issue.
The second issue is that Plex reports the remote access being down, even though I am able to connect fine and so is my instance of Tautulli etc. As this is a dedi, I am remote rather than local and it is working fine.
Not sure if this is just coincidence but thought I would include it in case it is related somehow.
At a bit of a loss, any help would be greatly appreciated.
