Unable to play any content, thumbnails not loading.

When I click on the trailers app on both of my Apple TV’s, Plex loads but there are no thumbnails loaded (movies, music, or tv series). If I click on a movie or any other content I get an error. Everything was working fine up until last week. I’m running Windows 10. Log files are attached.

No need to post the PMS logs, they wouldn’t help, I assume.
If anything, we need the PlexConnect.log file.
But then, according to your description, it sound like your aTV has no direct access to your PMS. Did it change it’s IP recently? Do you have multiple network cards attached to your host? You could try to unpublish/republish the PMS, though I am not really confident that this would help without modifying anything else…

Ip is still the same. This seems to have started after I installed a VPN app. Atleast that’s the only changes made to my system recently that I might think could contribute to this. Below is what my PlexConnect.log shows.

Fix: Setups involving VMWare instances, VPN’s or multiple subnets can cause PlexConnect auto discovery to become confused and bind to the wrong IP. In settings.cfg disable GDM auto discovery and hard code the PMS IP and port to resolve this issue.
