After installing the latest version of Plex, I am unable to play stream content. I get an error saying that I do not have enough bandwidth to play the content and I know this is not true. Please help.

I had this exact same problem.
What does it say on your dashboard? …for, the problem was PMS thought my AppleTV was 'remote" and not “local”. Killing and restarting the app on my AppleTV solved the problem.
The picture below is correct, but the IP showing was my external one forcing PMS to transcode and cause problems. …it still said “local” though.
I think i am getting this problem because i am having an issue with my storage system drives, I am going to work on fixing that and will reopen another topic if i need to.
