Unable to recover a purchase on IOS (iPhone 12)

Hi everyone !!!

Device: iPhone 12
Player Version#: Plex 7.19.1 (on IOS)
Account name : patrickroyphotos@gmail.com

I upgraded my old iPhone8 with a brand new iPhone12 and I’m trying to recover my purchase (done on the iPhone8) in my new iPhone12.

I’m using the same Apple ID on both iPhones

My purchase was the one-time, in-app purchase to activate/unlock Plex for iOS.

When I click on the Restore Purchase button, I got a message saying that no previous purchase is found with this Apple ID.

Any idea why the app didn’t find my purchase ?
