Unable to remote access plex after upgrading to syno DSM 7.2.2

Hello,

I recently upgraded my DS918+ DSM to 7.2.2 for the container manager, but I cannot access my plex server remotely anymore.
I had to remove the old server version and install the compatible version for 7.2, and I use port forwarding with airvpn.
it was working correctly before, and I can access the web player with ip:port, its only the remote access that keeps saying its not reachable.

any help is welcomed, thank you so much.

I was able to solve it, and maybe if it helps anyone here, the port being forwarded needs to be on the 20000-50000 range.

I know it is on the troubleshooting page, but it didn’t cross my mind that I just had a port number too low.
