Unable to set media items to sync, from either Plex Web or Plex Player, but only for Pixel Slate

Uhh… Actually, I’m getting this: “External storage not found. Swipe to remove or tap to retry.”

But I don’t have external storage. I have 130 GB of internal storage available, and I gave Downloads a 128 GB limit.
