Nun, dann werde ich die Sticks nun zurück geben. Wäre gut wenn wenigstens die Übersichtsseite angepasst wird, denn da stehen nun schlichtweg falsche Informationen. Der Hauppauge Support war auch eher unzufriedenstellend. Ja, es ist Corona-Zeit aber ich habe auch echt viel Zeit gegeben und währenddessen habe ich nur eine nicht hilfreiche Antwort erhalten.

Hauppauge PCI Card no channels scanned

Server Version#: Windows 10 Pro - PLEX Version 1.19.5.3112 Tuner Make/Model: Hauppauge winTV-HVR-2255 Plex sees the tuner, but when scanning does not find any channels. Unable to setup Hauppauge WinTV-dualHD (DVB-C)

Hello there, I’m having trouble setting up Plex DVR / Live TV with a Hauppauge WinTV-dualHD Tuner on Windows. I have modified the file 5263.ini (Cable - Romania) such as it can search for all the channels listed here. DVB Scan no resaults

Hi not sure if im posting in the right place, but here goes. i have a plex docker installed and running however when i try scan my usb tv card i get the following errors. Plex Tuner does not find any channel

Hi I’ve subscribed a premium plex pass to replace by working tvheadend solution with and integrated solution with plex. I’m running plex on raspian and having an hauppauge wintv dualHD USB stick. Plex release is 1.18.3.2156. The configuration screen detects by tuner but the scan does not find any channel. Seems like all these topics boil down to the same conclusion.
Problem got fixed 2-3 months ago for windows.
Problem still exist for Linux servers.

Looking forward to a reply from the Plex support team.
Would be awesome if this problem gets fixed for Linux servers as well.
