Unable to Share my movie library any more

None of the friends I share with are able to access my libraries anymore. I don’t know where to start even. I am a lifetime Plex Pass member, and have always been able to share up until a few months ago. I know step one is to check my router but i don’t know how to do this. I can tell you that the router is from AT&T U-verse, and it is the same one that I was using back when I could still share. it is very frustrating that i can’t share my libraries any longer because that is the main reason I became a lifetime member. Any help for this newbie will be greatly appreciated.

Try disable the manually specified port. if that doesnt work then you going to need configure your router/modem and set the PC as static ip so its always the same and forward the port to the server.

UPnP is unreliable on cheap routers that ISPs give out. Always buy your own router and turn on bridge mode on the ISPs modem router.
