Unable to signin to pro account

All of a sudden my password will not work (that I have not changed) and my forgot email messages are not being received.

Did you delete your Plex account recently? (i.e. one of several accounts)?
The Plex account you are using to post in here never had a Plex Pass.

This is not my main account. I cannot login to my plex pass account.

If that was the account which shared a server with this account, then it was deleted (either by you or someone who got access to one of your logged-in Plex clients).
Look in your email inbox (check the spam folder too!) for a link to undo this.

I did look for a link and I did not receive an email for recovery. Neither did I delete that account.

It was deleted by the account owner. Very shortly after it invited this here account.

I have restored the account now. Wait a few minutes, then try to log in and then stop and restart your server machine.

Well I am able to login now. And I restarted my media server. But it is not coming up remotely. Did my subscription become deactivated or something?

Give it some time. With remote access, the DNS system is involved, and that can mean some waiting times until caches have been refreshed etc.

OK. Will do. This all started when I tried to change my email address from hotmail to my gmail. It said my gmail already existed, so I logged in with my gmail and tried to delete it. My gmail received the recovery email. But when I tried to log back in with my hotmail account to update the email address to my gmail account, I could not longer log into my hotmail account.
So, I would still like to update my email address because I no longer use hotmail. But I am afraid if I try to delete my gmail account again then my hotmail account will also be deleted. Is there anything you can do to help me there?

You did not delete your email. You did delete your Plex account.
And yes, you already had an independent account which used your other email address. (which itself is already a few years old. I’ts the one which enabled you to post the above message.)
In order to use the email address of this account for your now-restored main account, you would have to delete the second account, then wait a full month, then change the email address in the settings of your main account.

But if you do that, be very careful and be certain about which account you are currently logged into and which you are about to delete.
And yes, the Plex Pass subscription was stopped as well, when you deleted the account. You will have to resume it. https://app.plex.tv/desktop/#!/settings/account

I did not find a stop/resume section. It said my subscription is good until 7/16. I went ahead and put in my payment information again. But the server is still not coming up.

The subscription is independent from the server – i.e. a subscription is not necessary to use a Plex server remotely.

Let your server sit for a few hours. It can take a while.

Waiting didn’t really make sense. Figured out that I needed to reclaim the server. Working fine now. So I guess I will just need to wait a month before I am able to change my email. Thanks for your time.
