windows 10 Plex media server, and 2 ipads are on same WIFI AP and subnet
unable to access synced content from remote device
step 1: sing into plexpass and create library A on windows PMS
step 2: create a managed user B that has access to and can sync library A
step 3: install latest plex client on ipad 1
step 4: sing in to plexpass on ipad 1
step 5: on ipad 1 select user B and sync content from library A
step 6: on ipad 1 select settings, sharing, enable synced content to allow other plex apps to access content synced to this ipad
step 7: on ipad 2 install plex client and sign into plexpass
step 8: on ipad 2 select user B and points to ipad 1 as the server (ipad 1 shows up as a valid server)
step 9:
expected: looking at ipad 2, somehow, synced content from ipad 1 shows up in ipad 2. Expect to click more on left panel, see server ipad 1, and under server a library that contains synced content.
actual: no libraries show up on ipad 2
