Since it’s straw-grasping time…
Try hiding seasons and then un-hiding them. This is controlled by the “Seasons” setting in the advanced tab when you edit the top-level of the show:
Set it to Hide and then save. View the show’s main page to make sure everything looks ok. Then, change “Seasons” to Show and see if that changed anything.
Or, try the nuclear approach and Plex Dance the affected seasons (or the entire show if that doesn’t help).
