Unexpected error - Playstation 4 Plex App

Hi,

I have plex working fine on mobile phone and PC. But when it comes to the Playstation 4 Plex App it dosn’t seem to work :frowning: . The menu depicts all my movies and TV shows, but when I try to click into one of them I get this error: “There was an unexpected error” Please visit our forums if you continue to experience problems." Anyone have this issue? or ways of resolving? Cheers.

Note: My playstation is connected via a wireless network, my PC is wired

hi there must be a issue with plex atm , im currently having issues aswell on my 3 ps4 consoles , they wont load the app at all , so your lucky you get that far atm . Plex is also working fine for me on my mobile and pc . Ive tried the uninstall and reinstall but still get no luck…

I got mine working! Ahhhhhhh OMG such a simple fix. so I updated the version of PLEX on my computer and now it works fine on playstation. I had to do a manual install on the computer though (Search manual install Plex)
