"unexpected playback problem occurred" Samsung smart tv - 55" Class NU8000

I’m running the plex app on two Roku’s and a Samsung smart tv - 55" Class NU8000 Premium Smart 4K UHD TV - MODEL NUMBER: UN55NU8000FXZA. It works fine on the Roku’s but the app on the Samsung will play my DVR recordings but not live local TV off of the homerun. I get the message"unexpected playback problem occurred". I am also researching the plex app on Samsung for troubleshooting but want to see if you have any suggestions.
