Unknown public IP and private IP in Remote Access

Server Version#: 1.16.2.1321 / Server 2016 running as a VM in ESXI

Ever since Plex Media Server updated to the latest version yesterday, my public and private IP is showing up as unknown in remote access. No one outside my network can connect to my media library. Say a PS4 for example shows up as my media server being unavailable.

My server is behind a pfSense firewall running on the latest version. Port forwarding to the server is on as it should be and the necessary DNS Resolver to allow for plex.direct is there.

I’ve also tried changing the port manually in Remote Access a few times with no success.!
