Hi, I need help guys :slight_smile:

My remote access does not work, or if, but only 10 seconds :frowning:
Whether I let it connect on its own, or force it by opening port 32400 on the router, the result is the same: it connects and displays in green, for 10 seconds, then turns red again. I do not know what to do.

I have a SFR Box, with a Orbi system in AP mode, my server plex is on a synology 216j, DSM 6.2.3-25426 update 3.

At beginning I had the double NAT problem, but I have resolved this problem with the mode AP on my orbi. Il is only the box Sfr Upnp give the address now.
But plex see always this problem :thinking:
Wath’s the IP Wan problem? I have not analyse this :thinking:
