i have a QNAP TVS-EC880 and upgraded to 4.3.3 not knowing it had such major impact in beeing x64. I then upgraded plex as per description in the “Read this first” article on the general forums under QNAP and backed up my library if things went wrong. That got me to Plex 1.9.7.4441, i could see my Movies etc. and play them. All good i thought after having a small heart attack.
Then i upgraded as usual to the nextversion, 1.9.7.4460, then nothing worked anymore. Plex did not start. Tried to downgrade, upgrade. nothing.
Ok, uninstalled Plex. Installed 1.9.7.4460, reinstalled library (large, 16GB, 230’000 files), and got Plex up and ruinning again with my library. I can’t play the videos though. Using Web, Shield, Phone…media wont play. Same with Music.
Interesting is that the photo library is loading and loading and loading (it shows there was an unexpected errror), so it might be an error related to Pictures. But i dont know how to troubleshoot plex, i’m flying blind.
