After the latest update, a number of movies in my library have the wrong title. In some cases the Agent assigned a rarely used alternate title: for example British Sounds became See You at Mao, Bad Timing became Bad Timing: A Sensual Obsession, and Charulata became The Lonely Wife - all titles that are rarely used to refer to those films. Trying to fix the match using the Search function does not work, as the more common titles don’t show up at all. In other cases the Agent assigned foreign titles to English-language films. Angel Eyes became Ojos de Angel, and Before Night Falls became Ante Que Anochezca - even though the films’ original title was in English. Again, I couldn’t fix the match as the Search function didn’t offer the actual title as an option. The only solution has been to revert to legacy Agents. That has brought back the proper titles, but now I get a red exclamation mark warning me that I must upgrade to the new Agent and rescan the library - which of course brings back the incorrect titles. I also tried including the IMDB numbers in the file/folder names ie: {imdb-ttxxxxxxx}, but the software seems to ignore that altogether. In fact, as a side note I should add that the software is no longer recognizing the {edition-xxxxx} specifier, which for a number of titles fails to show up in the library entry.
Any help will be appreciated.
