Can you take a screenshot of what you are seeing?
What I’m seeing is that on my Movies, Photos & Music all the thumbnails are missing. The box is there with nothing in it for each movie. The movie still plays OK and the other metadata is all there. If I refresh the metadata for each movie the poster comes back, but I would have to do each one individually.
When I do a refresh all metadata for the entire library it runs a 2 or 3 seconds then stops with no refresh of metadata occurring.
Try and disable IPv6.
settings>network>Enable server support for IPv6

I disabled IPv6, saved changes, stopped & restarted Plex and refreshed the metadata…no change.
Since you lost all movie posters, try removing everything in the Cache folder and see if it will rebuild. I’ve done it before just because it was starting to take up a lot of space.
I didn’t lose all of my movie posters, but new ones are definitely NOT populating like they were in the past. I’m currently on v1966. Something isn’t right w/ this version at all. v1973 was full of bugs as well. I hope that they don’t make a habit of this. Plex was solid for the longest time, and now it seems they keep introducing BUGS.
