Updated Plex server on Synology NAS, can't access media files

Thanks for that but still needing some info:

  1. Is your media stored in shared folder(s) which you created or elsewhere ?
    – If elsewhere, please tell me where .

  2. Please confirm (?) you had PMS running stable on DSM 7 prior to upgrading to PMS 1.40.1 ?

I think this is a simple permission(s) problem but want to confirm before having you go digging into them
