Updating Library

Plex Media Server Metadata & Adding Files

Player Version#: Web

My Plex Server libraries do not get updated, even when I manually scan for updates it doesnt pick up new tvshows or movies in the folder.
Any thoughts on this?

Need to see the DEBUG, not VERBOSE , ZIP log files from Settings - Server - Troubleshooting - Download Logs.

  1. Verify log settings
  2. Rescan files
  3. Wait for completion
  4. Download Logs
  5. Attach ZIP

Found out what my problem was. Plex was running as plex but did not have permission to mount the nfs drives where the content was being stored.
