This option not showing up. Want to upgrade the library to use new agent.
In preferences, changed agent from legacy to newer agent. Maybe this was enough.
But under the agents tab in prefs, still showing legacy???
All ok or do I need to do something?
Edit the library, change the Agent to Plex Movie (Legacy).
You should then see the option to Upgrade Matching.
Settings for the new Plex Movie agent are under Advanced when you edit the Library. They should be visible after the the agent is set to Plex Movie instead of Plex Movie (Legacy).

Is your server claimed? You won’t see that option if unclaimed.
