i’m trying to upgrade to the latest version of Plex but the package service won’t run
i’ve uninstalled and tried several times.
can i download the version previous to this? it was working fine
i think i need ver 1.19.4.2902 if someone has it

hi, yes seems to be quite a few files in there. was there a particular one you needed or if you tell me what to look for?
i’ve been ripping my CD collection and adding them to the library when this happened. all was going fine. i did a scan of the library so it would pick up the recently added albums but it never picked them up. this is when i decided to upgrade and then it crashed 
is there a way of resetting it, i don’t mind having to set it up again if needs be

i can see my email address in one of them so i’m not sure what else they contain
