Usage og Plex Movie (Legacy) agent

I use Plex Movie (Legacy) as an agent for Films.
It’s been a few months now that the upgrade to a non-Legacy agent has been suggested. Most of my DB-level integrations are based on the ‘guid’ field built with the IMDB-id.

I don’t update for fear of losing that reference.

Paid for time but now I fear the possible end of support and therefore elimination of the Plex Movie (Legacy) agent.

Can it happen?

Why not creating a small test library using the new agent? i.e. leave your existing library in place for now, so you can experiment.

I recommend you looking at the plex media info XML of the items within that library.
