Just one day, I didn’t have them anymore. I didn’t change anything to make them not be there.
Example: I had subtitles on all three seasons of Hannibal. Now, I don’t have them. Streams>subtitles says “none.” They’re just not there anymore!
Because they weren’t showing, even when I picked the subtitles that were there, I went through and reset everything, set it again to automatically download subtitles from Opensubtitles.org.
Refreshed meta data.
I did all of this yesterday. I still don’t have subtitles.
What am I missing? what happened? what did I do wrong? Help.
