User login issue

hi all lovely people.
i have some problems with my user/account.
when i login on the web with my email, i see me correct user name in the top right corner, it shows “FIRSTname space LASTname and the number 01” all caps. (note my last name is with special local character Ø, and that is also shown in the page where i login) and dont know if its importent but i have always had plex pass.

i have never been able to login with my user name, so i login with email, so far no problem.

but now to the problem, when i click on my user top right, and then click on Account Settings, i get to the account page, but now it shows my user as “allanfs” , hmm that is not the rigth name for my account or my user, and that user dont have have plex pass, my real user as i describe above have plex pass.

can anybody help me here? or know how to fix this?

i think the issue might be the special Character in my user name, could i change that some how to fix my issue?

any help is appreciated

Looks like you have two accounts!

Plex Pass account use a Hotmail email address

Other account use a GMail email address

Thanks dane22, yeah that it is, think your rigth, strange how i login with hotmail, then go to account settings, and now its the other account from gmail that is showing, strange…

i think i resolved it for now.
login with hotmail account, then go to account settings top right, now im on the gmail user, then click my user top right, then log out in that menu, and then log in again with hotmail account.
i find i strange that i could be login on 2 difference accounts at the same time.
