Using Rotten tomatoes Agent

Hi I would like to use the Rotten tomatoes rating for my movies.

 

I have installed the plug in and I activated the agent for Cine21 and Freebase.

 

In order to test if this agent works, I used a move which is present into the rotten tomatoes site and In my library it doesn't have any rating. When I updated the metadata nothing has changed and when I remove the metadata and Mach again the rating is not present.

 

I don't know what I'm doing wrong but it seem that rotten tomatoes doesn't do anything ...

Is having Rotten Tomatoes ratings appear in movie info possible?

There's a Rotten Tomatoes agent that you can install, but it may not work well in practice because (as I understand it) we're maxing out the number of requests we're allowed to make each day to Rotten Tomatoes.  See Sander1's instructions for how to install it in this post here -> http://forums.plexapp.com/index.php/topic/18971-rotten-tomatoes-agent-request-filled/page-5#entry414724
