Ok, interesting. I think i’ve narrowed the issue to my VPN client. The addition of the exclusion of PMS seems to cause an issue. If I disable the VPN altogether, server settings are accessible. Could this be related to What Gives With 1.18.0.1913? ?
I was having this same issue and downgraded and now things are working fine.
