Vanishing Synced Playlists on Samsung Android

So… All my synced items have vanished on my android phone. I’ve deleted the app, re installed, cleared data and cache, re synced and although they seem to download (space on the external drive goes down) they don’t appear in the downloaded library.

I will follow this topic as i am experiencing the very same recent behavior on my Samsung galaxy a8. My app updated yesterday.

Seems to be a bug in the recent update. Rolled back my app to the previous release and it now works fine.

I’m suffering from the same issue on a OnePlus 6 with Android 10 & OxygenOS 10.3.7. Similar to others this seems to have happened after a recent upgrade. It used to work fine earlier.

I’m having this issue too and it’s been driving me mad. Like the poster above, I cleared cache etc… and un-installed and re-installed the app. I even re-installed my server and re-installed my internet security on my server/pc just incase it was causing the issues but now it’s 100% on Plex’s side.

Disappointing there is no response from Plex on this. I use my offline content on a daily basis due to lack of mobile coverage in the locality. As a monthly paying subscriber, I’m not at all happy.

Samsung Galaxy S8 here.

I solved it by rolling back the app to the previous version and turning off automatic updates for all my apps. Clearly its a bug in the new update.

I did the same and it’s back working again. Not good having to disable all the updates from the Playstore on the phone though.

Rolling back to the previous stable version of the android app did not work for me completely. The playlists did show up but they refused to sync completely.

Same. Synced music is not available offline. It’s on my phone. Pixel 4a 5G, latest android update.
