I upgraded to Version 1.13.8.5395 last night and now the live TV won’t stream on any device. I’ve restarted everything including my HDHomeRun. Any suggestions?
I have same problem, after update to version 1.13.8.5395, no live stream.
I also tried to remove the recorder and now the wizard doesn’t scan channels and if I scan the channels directly from my HDHomeRun CONNECT, wizard shows them but then gets hang up in the next step and cannot find the guide for the channels.
EDIT: When scanning channels from Plex, HDHomeRun starts and finishes the scan, but the channels never show in Plex.

At least it’s not just me. I’m running my server on Windows Server 2012 R2 and have trues playing live stream on the Web, Android, and Roku.
Now it works, either a temporary glitch or cleaning bundles did help.
Now Plex scanned channels, dowloaded guide and streams once again

Mine still does not work since I updated to Version 1.13.8.5395. Playback Error : unable to tune channel on live TV. I’ve got an HDHomerun. Same error on my computer and through ROKU.

…same with me. Glad its a build issue and not something else. Doesn’t fix all the shows I’m currently missing though…
Had the same problem. Ran “Clean Bundles” then “Optimize Database” and live TV now works again.

Mine is still having problems. I have completely shutdown everything on the network. HD Homerun Connect, Plex Server (Windows 10 x64bit), all stream deivces. Plex will not play Live tv even when the web client is run from the server itself. Channels work great on Apple Tv and the HD Homerun app runs fine on Mac Book, Fire Tv, and Android devices. It seems that something is not right with the Plex server version 1.13.8.5395.
I’m having the exact same experience. This is really frustrating. All the guides load fine on the Plex apps, but live tv doesn’t work on Shield, Fire TV, Roku, Apple TV, PC or any ios device. I’m getting so sick of these Plex updates breaking major features or functionality. It wasn’t more than a few months ago we had the transcoder error problem and now this.
I was able to fix this problem by downgrading my Plex Media Server version. Here is the link to the previous version https://downloads.plex.tv/plex-media-server/1.13.5.5332-21ab172de/Plex-Media-Server-1.13.5.5332-21ab172de.exe. I uninstalled the problem version from the Control Panel in Windows 10. I did backup the Plex registry entry and I copied my Plex Media Server directory. However I did not have to restore either one. It is always easier to have the backups just in case. After the uninstall I just installed the version downloaded from the link above and Live Tv and DVR are now working again. When PMS asked if I wanted to update I just said Skip this version. Hope this helps.

Thanks all for the assistance and the link to the older version of the server. I have also downgraded and mine is working again. I did not mess with the local data or the registry. Just uninstalled from Windows program manager. Much appreciated.
I’ve given up waiting for a fix and reverted to this version also - all up and working again.
I did the same. Something’s wrong with the 5395 version.
same problem, tried downgrading, still won’t work. I’m going to try rebooting and see if that works…
edit:yup rebooted, and now DVR works again… So it’s definately the update… I’m glad it wasn’t just me
