I actually upgraded to Plex version 1.15.5 and the problems started. Server crashed overnight with high cpu usage and bandwidth usage between FreeNAS server and plex. Before the upgrade to 1.15.5 I didn’t have any problems like this. I am also not sure what prior version I had installed before the upgrade to 1.15.5.
I noticed there was another update to the current version I’m running and was hoping that was a fix update but apparently not.
Prior to this update plex would scan my media as soon as it was added to the library and use up to 85% or so CPU and be done shortly after. Now this is never ending and ends up crashing the server.
If there are any logs anyone would like feel free to point me to the logs you would like to look through.
