Video Quality Limited: A direct connection to the server is not available

Player Version#: 7.1

I’ve been able to stream directly on my living room TV and iOS devices without a problem until recently. The devices have been and still are under the same WiFi connection and the main Plex port has an allowed connection in the firewall.

The only device I’m able to stream directly under is the Media Player and Web client on the main PC, where PMS is hosted. I never set up portforwarding, and all that fancy stuff.
